Q. What’s the venue location?
ITC DIA Europe – Amsterdam will be held at the iconic Taets Art and Event Park!

Q. Where do I purchase a ticket?

You can get your tickets here at our registration page.

Q. Who is the insurer pass for?

The insurer pass is open to anyone that is employed by an insurance, reinsurance firm or broker. Note that we do checks to prevent misuse.

Q. How many discount codes can I use?

You can only use one discount code per person.

Q. Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes! Simply send an email to guus@itcdiaeurope.com and he’ll draft you an invoice. After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a code to register for free on our registration form to receive your ticket(s).

Q. If I attended any previous ITC DIA Europe or ITC event, am I eligible for a greater discount?

Yes you are! We offer any alumni a €500 discount. Simply send a message to [email protected] and we’ll check if you’re eligible.

Q. How do I request a startup pass?

If you believe your company is eligible for a startup pass (founded in 2020 or later, company is an insurtech and founder/CEO will be at the event), then you can send an email to Guus ([email protected]).

Q. Do you have a refund policy for tickets?
Please check our General Terms and Conditions.
We will always honor cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase.

Q. Are there any recommendations for discounted hotels?
Yes, there are! We have recommendations for hotels, restaurants and bars that you should definitely visit!

Q. Is there a special dress code for the event?

No there is not, although we feel that ties are unnecessary. That said, the choice is all yours.
