Q. Where do I purchase a ticket?
You can get your tickets here at our registration page.
Q. Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes! Simply send an email to guus@digitalinsuranceagenda.com and he’ll draft you an invoice. After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a code to register for free on our registration form to receive your ticket(s).
Q. If I attended the event in Barcelona this year, am I eligible for a discount?
Yes you are! We offer anyone that visited our event in Barcelona our alumni discount rate of €200. Email us at [email protected] for the alumni code.
Q. How many discount codes can I use?
You can only use one discount code per person.
Q. How do I request a startup pass?
If you believe your company is eligible for a startup pass (founded in 2020 or later, company is an insurtech and founder/CEO will be at ITC DIA Europe Munich), then you can send an email to Guus ([email protected]).
Q. Do you have a refund policy for tickets?

We will always honor cancellation requests made within 48 hours of purchase.

Q. Are there any recommendations for hotels?
Yes there are! We’ll update our list of recommendations in the near future. But for now you can check out last year’s recommendations, including the best hotels, the finest restaurants, and the hippest bars. See here!
Once available, we’ll also offer hotels with preferential rates.
Q. Is there a special dress code for the event?
No there is not, although we feel that ties are unnecessary. That said, the choice is all yours.
