UiPath partners with prestigious Turkish Universities to accelerate automation skills development among youth in Turkey
UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, announced it signed an Academic Alliance partnership with Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions, Bahçeşehir University and Bahçeşehir Technology Transfer Office in Istanbul, Turkey. Additionally, Bahçeşehir University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the RPA company’s Automation Ready Youth. Both initiatives are meant to help build digital capabilities among Turkish youth, preparing them for the current and future workplace. The objective is to educate 200,000 students in RPA and Artificial Intelligence (AI). UiPath will provide the faculties an RPA curriculum for both technical and non-technical students, guidelines and learning materials for educators, and access to laboratory work.

Cambridge Mobile Telematics uses Cape fair demolition derby to fine-tune tech
As drivers smashed into each other’s cars at the Barnstable County Fair demolition derby, their bumpers crushing under each impact and smoke looming from their engines, an important test was underway. Cambridge Mobile Telematics worked with the Barnstable County Fair’s demolition derby organizers to conduct crash-impact studies as part of a larger goal to make roads safer. “The demolition derby is a fun way to continuously make our algorithms and drivers safer,” said Ryan McMahon, vice president of insurance for the company.

The CareVoice Closes 8-Figure USD Series A Funding Round Becomes leading health insurtech platform in Asia
The CareVoice, an international health insurtech company based in China, announced today that it has successfully raised an eight-figure USD Series A funding round. The round was led by a global investment group, LUN Partners Group, and a global investment manager specializing in financial services. DNA Capital, a global healthcare fund, as well as returning investors SOSV and Artesian Capital, also joined the round.
Moreover, as part of this Series A round, StartupCare, the recent venture launched by The CareVoice, has been spun off. The first health benefits for entrepreneurs and their teams now have the financial means to accelerate further its uptake in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
